The reason behind boost of elixir and barracks

So tried the boost last night, it was decent, loot was normal. Basically condensed what I would have raided for 1/4 of the time.

This morning the loot is horrible. Which was expected and I'll say it again. If new gold loot isn't added into the game like the elix boost, all we are doing is shuffling the same pile back and forth. At the same time, search cost and wall dump is consuming the already scarce gold.

So I have two accounts both over lvl 100. Up until the boost i hadn't spend a dime on the game. I've even felt guilty about it. With one of my bases now maxed out at lvl 9 ,I've now purchased my first gems to speed up th10. After all, camps, lab, and factory all cost elixir to upgrade and it's everywhere.
On the flip side im still not liking the last two updates and hope after Christmas all the kids will be playing their new xboxes so the gold lvl can rise.
So ... Way to go supercell on the holiday boosts. If you undo the last two updates i promise to spend more money yet.

I think it is great. I can play more matches in a short time and I am always in need of elixir. I need it to upgrade my troops and the barracks. Also I can play fun attacks in between, like make an all-dragon attack, which I would not do normally, as it's expensive and takes forever to cook. I enjoy the barrck and elixir boost a lot !

I'm level 52 and only TH7, but this update has allowed me to get rage spells and upgrade my archers, giants, and wallbreakers.

SC could give everyone free gems and the forums would still explode with complaints about it. There's literally no pleasing these people.

I'm so happy with the barrack boost. I don't care if people attack me more. Which they arn't actually because I attack heaps and spend heaps!

Why can't you just accept what you are given and go along with it?

the boost on the barrack not only helps the TH9 and TH10 but also everyone else.

I am raiding every 5 minutes getting 400k~700k loots and upgraded 8 skull walls since the update.

You don't have to whine and ♥♥♥♥♥ about everything ya' know?

These recent updates haven't been benefiting high level players. They have just unlocked more high level content (that costs a lot of gold). And if you are lvl56, then you have it easy. Unless you are a premmie?
