    Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. Support have recently been bombarded with all sorts of tickets and then those people send mltiple tickets which doesn't help. I am sure Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

    From what I have recently seen the situation seems to be improving and tickets are getting answered but please be patient.

    Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

    Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.

    As long as you have your ticket number you are in the queue

    thanks shiv for the support. i ts good to hear form someone in times like this where i am going under COC withdrawal symptoms lol.. i am patient good news is that i got a reply asking for more info about my acc.. and send my info ASAP! lol. hope to hear form them again soon.

    No replies for additional info request

    Lost my village Aug 21st due phone crash (yup, my fault for not attaching to Google+) and immediately submitted request to restore village. Ticket number is #5240784. Received an email from Orlando on Sep 1st asking for additional information and for copies of Gem purchase recipes. Replied and provided all requested information within minutes. Have not heard any updates since. Did my ticket get lost in the shuffle?

    after they have asked for more info getting the base back it seems there is still some waiting time ay they put you on a new waiting list with some other guy? ( as per email from them) anyone can say what the processes is?
