    You need to be patient and wait for support to reply to you, as long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and you will get a reply.

    How I got mine BACK!

    • Lost July 31.
      • I had started a village on my iPhone, then a different one on my iPad. Linked the phone to game center first. Played the iPad cause was so much easier. Had constant "do you want to load [crappy TH2 village]?" messages. Couldn't find info online on how to get rid of the crappy village.
        • Now, I think I should have started a new game center account.

      • Anyway, i misplaced my iPad, was lucky to recover it, but the guy who found it had tried my PW 10 times (which erased my entire iPad). THAT is how I lost my good village.

    • Reported in-game August 1. Included current village info (a crappy TH2 village) even though this was not requested.
    • Posted a message in this thread RE: my clan going to kick me out August 25.
    • Received "do you still want your village back?" Email 5 hours later, still on August 25.
      • This email also re-requested the standard four pieces of info and ALSO asked for the last MONTH I had logged in, as well as a receipt for gems (if available) to be attached.
      • (I honestly think this is just coincidence)


    • Responded: "Yes PLEASE" early on August 26. I pasted my only $5 gem receipt to my response as well as the other info.
    • Received "I found your village" email from same Supercell employee the next evening August 26. Was really excited until I saw that he said "I am sending this to our specialized support team." I thought, great! More waiting!
    • TWO HOURS LATER I got the all important email with a code and directions to use the "link a device" button in the in-game settings tab. IT WORKED FLAWLESSLY.
    • On my other device, it FINALLY asked me: "do you want to load [badass village]? You will lose [crappy TH2 village]." Hell yeah! So I'm finally linked in game center!


    So, 26 days for me with a #4.888m ticket number reported 8/1.

    RECOMMENDATION: put your last play-date and a gem receipt into your initial lost village request if possible. Do be patient.

    your just wasting customer service time and making the time longer or other people. i mean come on you can just replay your coc and get to TH3 in no time. it will take 2 weeks at minimum (if your lucky) to get it back.

    and i think TH4 minimum to get a lost village back.

    Thumbs Up Got my Village back!

    On June 4th I lost my village suddenly and my account wasn't linked to my google.
    So Mid august I got a reply from support and they requested some details to verify that I am real owner.
    And on 1st September I got an email from supercell with details on how to retrieve my account back!!

    Although it took 3 months, but I had a TH8 village, so it was worth the wait.

    So there is hope for all the lost village members !!

    3 months huh? i lost mine last Aug 29 and sent an email. i know its only been one week but it feels like forever. i wish that supercell would think about having paid customer service i would pay $50 just to get my village back quicker.
