Hey fellow clashers,

Got my village back two days ago and wanted to share for the benefit of those waiting to get theirs back. The support agent that solved my request was Ana, and here's a copy of the e-mail I received:
Thanks for your message and for playing Clash of Clans.
Sorry to know you lost your village; luckily, I was able to find it and have transferred the Google+ of your current village to Thorin, so please launch the game to see if the correct village is recovered - you should see a pop up asking if you want to load it.
Please let me know if you need more help with this.

So you can get access to your village restored, but it might take some time. Apparently, player support receives many requests from players who have 'lost' villages everyday. To help speed things up, be sure to include all the information support requires in your in-game request. Also include details to help player support verify that it really is your village, for example, how many gems you had the last time you played.

The game suddenly started all over again from the tutorial. I'm suspecting either me or someone accidentally cleared data on my phone. My COC account is not linked to Google+ nor Facebook.
