I finally got my village back today!!
It was recovered through ticket #3949050 from June 12th. My original tickets were from April when I lost the village so just over 14 weeks of waiting in total.
A word of advice to those waiting: DO NOT make more than 1 ticket because all but the latest one will be closed and you might have to wait even longer for a response.
