My village has been successfully restored today. It took 12 weeks and 1 day... (#3276076 opened on the 7th of May)

So you all need a whole bunch of patience...

So I've been waiting for about 14 weeks now... My ticket that got the "sent to specialized support team" over 3 weeks ago was #3093843 and nothing yet... Did you get a link code in email or did you just start the game and your old village was restored?

well, I got the code from the support to do the procedure as moving the account to a new device. And after entering the code the game reloads with the "old" restored village. Easy steps.

I hope you get yours back soon as well. Good luck!

Thank you, Cdoeschi. I got a little more hope back after reading that you got yours back. I've almost given up on ever getting my village back but I guess I'll wait a little while more.

my village was yesterday restored. lost it 4th june and got back 31 of july. finally.

never got an email or any other notice, that my ticket has been assigned to anyone. Just all of sudden I received a mail withe the code and the instruction, how to restore my village, which worked flawless. But it took just over 12 weeks, as I mentioned before.

hmm...i see, Then i just wait again and see.cause my ticket was assign to someone and he ask me give him the detail about my old village. I think i wait again and see. Already wait for 1month ++, just have patient to wait for my village restore
