Can someone confirm that they waited 4+ weeks and had their village restored.

Going on the record as Request # 3997087 and have waited for 5 weeks. Still no results or feedback on the "My Activities" screen of the support page.

Vantrix how does the process work on restoration? Do you have to communicate with staff or do you just log on and boom your base is back? Any info YOU can provide will be USEFUL. Thanks man for updating us.

Support will restore your village unless there is something odd like your new village is higher or more detail and info is required or any other problems.

Then when you log into the game you get a pop up asking to load your village.
