    I don't know where I can view the ticket number.
    I don't find this information in auto reply mail.

    Did you get an automatic reply back? If after 6 hours you still don't then try again, make sure you are using the in game feature.

    If he didn't get the automatic reply it means the ticket wasn't sent properly.

    I did understand it differently. He said, he don't know where to find the ticket number and he "didn't see the information in the automatic reply"... so he actually did get an automatic reply.

    If you don't get a ticket number there is normally a problem with submitting the ticket.

    Angry Can you confirm?

    Can someone confirm that they waited 4+ weeks and had their village restored.

    Going on the record as Request # 3997087 and have waited for 5 weeks. Still no results or feedback on the "My Activities" screen of the support page.

    Hey SuperCell,

    I don't like buying gems but I will pay a SuperCell tech $25 to boost my village restoration.
