    I got activity on all my tickets today (had 1 for another problem) and they marked the ones I made about a lost village back in April as solved without as much as sending me a reply. Now the only one open is the one I made in the Lost Village section on June 12th.

    Does this mean I'll have to wait another 2 months to get my village back? Or does it mean they've started to work on recovering my village based on the old tickets or the new one? I thought they always ask if people really want their old village back before recovering it. I do want my old account back no matter what but to just mark tickets as solved without them BEING solved is odd.

    I hope someone has some insight into this.

    If your ticket was marked solved it was probably because multiple tickets were detected. They would only ask if your new village is higher than your lost one or stuff like that.

    You will just need to be patient.

    Ah, okay. Just thought that they had jumped right over those earlier tickets without really resolving them. Thank you for your response shiv.

    I hope I'll get my village back soon.

    yea....

    It is #4049430. That is the original ticket he sent in.

    It was sent in June 17 2014.

    What is the expectation for Support? Do they have any??????

    Please reply with a link to the expectations for Supercell support.
