    If your village is ahead of your old one by the time support get to you, you won't need to worry about it getting replaced.

    10 Weeks roughly and counting, still have a lost village

    My Request #2960182 unresolved, submitted April 16.

    I know be patient, but 10 weeks seems like long enough to wait. Please do not post with the 'standard response' be patient, have to wait...if that is your comment please just move on. thanks.

    Sorry but you have got to wait, it is the only thing you will get. Even mods and staff say the same.

    Ive already submitted a ticket but I keep seeing different info needed.....when.I submitted the ticket it only asked for name of village, clan, th level and xp level......the faqs on supercell say they need that info on BOTH ur lost and current village.......ive also seen ppl here say you need to send the last time you played the game.........

    If I only sent the information from the email that I was sent to.....th lvl xp lvl village and clan name......is that enough for them to find my village or is it going to take longer?

    If you log into gamesupport.supercell.net (you can use twitter, facebook, google, or set up an account) it will load the tickets associated with your email address. From there, you can add a reply with any additional information you may wish to provide. This way, it does not create additional tickets, but you still ensure they have all the info they may possibly need.
