I'm having trouble tracking the ticket number as it doesn't seem to be linked to my forum account. The ticket was submitted via text messages. Any suggestions on how to track it?

I've been trying to get my village back since MAY, my clan isn't too happy with me cause of this but I've convinced them to keep me so I can be recocognized. But my clan name was Moeski but not to get confused with my time killing village moeski
