So, instead of bashing someone who has a CUSTOM title and who is trying to HELP solve YOUR problem of their own will, let's be a little bit more considerate and take into account what shiv is trying to say. Perhaps the reason that he is forced to repeat himself over and over is because people don't listen to the advice he is giving.

I'm with you guys on this. I look through all of the lost village posts daily hoping to find updates and get an idea of what ticket group they are on. And as you can imagine I'm tired of reading the same copy/paste response over and over. I get that it can be annoying to ready the same type of post over and over (especially with unrealistic ticket numbers). But some people do find it helpful to know they are not alone, and this is the only place we can reach out to Supercell after we have submitted a ticket. Since they don't have a support/customer service telephone line

It has also been said loads of times that they can't give updates of what ticket they are working on. People asking "How long do I have to wait", "I've been waiting months give me back my village". What reply are they supposed to to get?
If they don't want to read the reply then don't ask a question which will get it.

Nope, the only advice he can give is "wait" which is useless. The worse thing is : although he claims himself not working for supercell, he keep implying that he knows someody inside supercell so he knows the progress of ticket processing progress. He/she is far from helpful but just like to see people beg him/her for help from my point of view.
What we need is not only truth, but useful truth --- we all gonna die one day so it is a very truth but that is not helpful at all.
What people want to know is a rough estimation of how far their issues can be solved. If you are lazy, tell people supercell's average processing time is anywhere between 4 weeks to 12 weeks. Or if you are helpful, tell people 30% get their ticket sorted out in 6 weeks, 50% in 8 weeks, etc.
The worst thing is been told "wait" but without any other helpful information at all. Sometimes things are unpredictable but it doesn't mean you can not do anything about it ----- the weather forcast may only have 50% or less accuracy over the next three days weather, but is it meaningless?
Shiva and other MODS have more information than us so they should be more careful with it and make the best of use it!

Guys and Moderator, I don't know whether this is possible or not, but we need an actual supercell employee or Tech support person telling us what is going on.
Some people submitted there requests after mine (May 17) and got their village restored many people are waiting from April, so the anger you see is because there is no way to gauge the waiting time.
If we can know from the source probably it might help.
Shivampaw - You might have helped a lot of people in keeping them patient but ur reply to 'Robinhuitron' post was not a great one, A person who has been patiently waiting since Feb complained that his ticket is marked closed without any action and you told him to be patient and be in Queue, how can he be in queue when his ticket was closed.
Guys we are all mad to have lost our villages, but unless somebody from SUPERCELL can instill some faith in us or this Forum, the future doesn't look great.
