im curious how this worked my ticket is 3470734 and mine was put in before theirs and mine still isn't restored..

I believe the tickets are put into different groups.

You must be further behind in your group than the other person was in their group.

You are just going to have to wait unfortunately. Tickets are sorted etc. So that's probably the reason.

Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.

As long as you have your ticket number you are in the queue

I think your better off sending in another ticket, because if you ask me you've been totally ignored.

Good point, studaddy. Shivampaw claims in his/her signature that he/she is helpful, when he/she is anything but. It doesn't do anyone any good to be constantly told nothing more than "you must be patient." He/she copies and pastes the same message to each and every new post here. It must be solely for raising his/her post count. I think the moderators need to be notified so they can delete all of his/her posts, reset the post count, and either moderate all new activity or ban him/her altogether. He/she has no right to even tell people not to submit new tickets, if he/she isn't SuperCell staff. People can submit all the tickets they want. Yeah, it'll slow things down, so I personally would advise against it, but I hope people don't take that as instructions from staff. Interesting, too, that his/her signature contains a link to forum rules, but he/she doesn't obey them.

Want me to find all the posts where people post the same question instead of looking one thread down?
Want me to find all the threads that have been bumped?
Want me to find all the people that have thanked me?

The fact is, you have to wait. Ask a mod/sc staff. You would get told the same thing.

Deleted my posts? Go ahead I'd like to see who it affects more.

Sending more tickets? That's spamming support. People who send multiple tickets deserve there's to be closed.4
