    Shivampaw can verify this, but I believe upgrading to TH5 will still make your old account recoverable... but it will cause the recovery to take longer.

    Yes that's correct. It just makes the process longer.

    Village not restored after 4-5 weeks

    Hi Shiv,

    I send this a while ago, but I stille haven't heard anything (apart from your earlier answer). I have kept hgghg at TH lvl. 3. Do you have an idea about the new time frame?

    Needed to reset my phone. My village was not attached to google+. I have a new village, hgghg, in order to report. All I need is the Azur-village to be connected to the google+-account that hgghg is currently running on. hgghg can be deleted. I have two tickets: #3045192 and #3007716"

    Angry Lost Village becomes taken over village??

    Supercell,

    I submitted a report for one of my clan members (#2858744) on April 11th. After reading some forums in depth I found out it was better to submit one from his device so we submitted a ticket (#3009969) on April 20th. We have since received a reply on April 25th saying that the ticket was received and the would be escalated and was being forwarded to the recovery team. Awesome right? Wrong!

    Since then, someone (who refuses to tell us their name) has recovered the account and has begun playing the account. I don't know if this is some sick joke by a Clash of Clans employee or if they have simply given the village to some random individual. Whatever the case I am very unhappy. If this could be looked into I would appreciate it. I tried to reply to the emails sent to me and it gave me a new ticket number so here it is (#3425318) if that will help at all.

    Also, my clan mate bought gems that he never received. When submitting a report about it (#3007184) he was transferred to the fraud department and told to submit it to Apple. Well, there was no fraud. He bought gems, he didn't received them. I asked that if we could recover his village that they be put on that account. Obviously this has not happened and this needs fixed.

    Needless to say after all of this I am beginning to lose faith in Supercell.

    Question Ticket #3073761

    My ipad was totaly broken, and i must buy a new One. But when i start from my Apple id. I lost my old account.
    When i report to sc about this. I can still see my account in my clan... But few weeks has past, and my villages still not restored. 3 days ago. I see my villages was not in my clan anymore. And when i Ask my Friend in that clan. Nobody no where my account go. So my question is :
    If i not in clan anymore can sc still restored my villages? ( in my report i have include my clan, and i now not in There anymore).
    How can I search or find my old villages now.? I dont see any option to search a villages name. Only search a clan.
    Please help me....

    Lost Village FOG...

    I have given each and every detail of my lost village and also of my current village.

    If you need any other information, I'll make sure I'll get it for you, I can even tell you where all the traps are located.

    Please help me get access back to my village.

    I started playing on Kindle Fire not realising that I cant save my village, currently I have GMAIL account, is there anyway you guys can link it back to my account.
