Using a new tablet now and my old one dosent work so I cant link old device. Heres my ticket and info.

Date: 4th April... almost at the 4 week marks now

The clan name : i am the law (purple shield with 3 white lines making the purple area into 3 segments with a white icon on the top one)
clan info: Theres only 4 people in it with 3 beings elders and it has 2191 total points atm.

Hi all,

I'm not a Clash Of Clans player, but I do play Hay Day and I lost my farm. I noticed that it's been a month a few days now since I've reported my lost farm details but still haven't heard a single word back..

I am sort of 'happy' that I'm not the only one who has difficulties getting in touch with the Supercell support team, but I do find it ridiculous that it takes them thát long to get back to their players..

I've been sending another report of my lost farm 3 weeks after the first report, and noticed that my ticket number went from #2591564 to #2963180. That are a lót of new tickets in 3 weeks time, so I'm afraid it might take a lot longer than I expected before they get back to me..

Nothing new for you, but I just wanted to share this I guess..
I hope someone from Supercell will react to this and take any action or something!
