    The correct department already knows about them via the trouble tickets. There are THOUSANDS of folks a week who lose their game - almost 99% of them chose not to connect to Google+ or Gamecenter, and then wipe/lose/sell their device, or try to play multiple games on their device when Supercell clearly states they only support one account per device.

    It takes time to find, confirm ownership, recover a village - times the sheer amount of tickets, it just is not a speedy process.
