Gathering all lost village users.

Hi.

After the update i tried to open the game and a message appeared saying that there was a problem with the last update, and that i have to uninstall the game and install it again, so i thought, hey it's not the first time i has this problem with a game and after the install there was my progess without having a profile in FB or G+, so i thought, it's impossible that i'll will loose my progress in CoC, but guess what, i lost my village

What it seems to be odd is that i still get notifications from CoC saying that i received a clan message or that i was attacked by someone, so i wonder if it's possible to search the device for deleted files and by recovering them i get my village back.

BTW I already have a ticket with the request.

I also was upgrading a mortar from 3 to 4

im so sorry for using it i dont know that the emulators are againts the rule.. but thanks for the fast response man its make me feel better.

Really? they take over a month to recover accounts? and most of the accounts lost in december still haven't been restored? That's gotta be the worst customer service I've ever seen. If i had known you could lose your village so easily I would have connected it.

Well, i guess it's hard to recover a village because they made a HUGE mistake by allowing the users to use names that are already being used, so they have to look each one with the same name and try to find the one that belongs to you.

In my case it's very frustating that i still get the messages saying that i'm being attacked and not to be able to do something about it

The name's aren't the problem in recovering villages.
