my account was recovered earlier this morning. village lost 3/21, email sent 3/23 (sunday)...so almost exactly 2 weeks later ana from SC sent me an email linking back my account. i am very happy with the support! i think in my case it also helped my village was still in the same clan that can easily be traced back.

my tablet had a proplem and needs for data factory reset every time i click connect with google+ it keep loading
and saying google+ has been closes so i enter the settings and prees sync app data after i format my tablet and login into gmail my village wasn't in google+ but still in facebook can i restore it using facebook

You cannot use FB to recover a village.
Please follow these steps:

1. Log into or confirm that you are logged into Google+.
2. Start a new game of Clash of Clans on your device and complete the tutorial.
3. Go into the in-game settings and connect your village to Google+ using the Google+ sign in button.
4. Contact Support using the "Help and Support" button in the settings menu.

The following information will be required:
Name of the village:
Name of the clan you are part of:
Town Hall level:
Date and time of your last playing session:

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.

Feel free to post the ticket number you receive, through an automated response after you send it, here.

If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can post on your thread re-stating your ticket number.

Hi.

After the update i tried to open the game and a message appeared saying that there was a problem with the last update, and that i have to uninstall the game and install it again, so i thought, hey it's not the first time i has this problem with a game and after the install there was my progess without having a profile in FB or G+, so i thought, it's impossible that i'll will loose my progress in CoC, but guess what, i lost my village

What it seems to be odd is that i still get notifications from CoC saying that i received a clan message or that i was attacked by someone, so i wonder if it's possible to search the device for deleted files and by recovering them i get my village back.

BTW I already have a ticket with the request.
