    lost village

    Hi,
    Been waiting for 3 weeks so far too recover my village my ticket number is #1869979, I also sent one from gmail since it had per data and that one doesn't that one is #1976187.

    Attaching an old screenshot I took ages ago that shows my name green highlighted.

    Dear, supercell

    My name is cony and i play a lot clash of clan using town name "cony" on
    "BananaJuice" clan. But a week ago a have trouble after upgrading my phone,
    i lost all my apps including coc. So i have to play from start. This make
    me so sad and stress. I have spend 500 gems to that town. Anyway the town
    still on "BananaJuice" clan. My fault is not linked that town to google
    play account, my google email is "lyndalohan27@gmail.com". Is there anyway
    to take back my town?

It was supposedly connected but my old phone broke and the screen went black preventing me from trying the link account option. I can supply a screen shot that a clan mate has provided me if needed.

    Lost Village! Wait over 3 Weeks too !!

    This is my Second Post in this Thread ! And I read that other people get their Villages back after 2 Weeks or after 17 Hours. How can it be ? Someone with a higher Ticketnumber get his Village back faster than me... I had paid Money on that Game and a lot of Time !! Sorry for my Bad english. Please Recover my Village. I send you two Screenshots of my lost Village in the Last Ticket and all the other Information you need to recover the Village fast...

    Support take a few weeks to recover villages so you will have to wait.

    Thank you Supercell!

    It took about 4 weeks but my village has been restored. Just be patient guys, I know it's hard to wait multiple weeks but they will eventually get to you, they have a lot of tickets in their queue to work through. Also remember, they have to confirm that you are who you say you are and locate your correct village, check logs according to when you last played, etc. Once they do they will send you a village link code. Once you receive the Email from them with the link code, you go into the game and go through the beginners tutorial if you haven't already. Once finished with the beginners tutorial go to Settings and then Link. Select the "This is my NEW phone" option and then type in the link code. Make sure to follow capitalizaiton exactly, and for me, I did not need to press the spacebar to separate the link code. It should automatically separate the letters accordingly. It will link your new phone with your correct village. Once connected, overwrite whatever village was linked with your Google+ account with the correct one to prevent it from happening again. This worked for me and now I have the correct village and my account is properly linked to my Google+ account.
