    My phone broke and was replced so when i tried to reconnect my village through my google+ it just brought me back to the start of game.
    I am waiting for reply since the 14 january and i have sent a few more requests with no replies except the automated response. I have bought gems through my google account and i can still see my village is in my clan ,i just cannot access it.

    Any help would be great .
    Supercell has no problems taking money off people ,why can't they sort out a simple problem in a reasonable timeframe.
    I'm sorry you chose not to safeguard your village by attaching it to Google+. Additional support requests will only slow you down. They will help you, but the sheer amount of users not backing up their village overwhelms support at time. It will take several weeks. Below is what I tell everyone who has lost their village. Hopefully one of your tickets you gave all the information to them.

    ---

    In order to recover a village, they will need to attach it to a Google+ account so you can access it.

    You will need to make a Google+ account, and start a clash of clans village so you can access the in-game reporting.

    From the in-game reporting (while that village is attached to Google+) submit a trouble ticket and do NOT erase any of the pre-populated data the game inserts into the e-mail. Without this, your support case can take 2-3 times as long to solve.

    Within that e-mail generated from the in-game reporting, let them know the original/missing village name, player level, town hall level, clan name, clan shield graphic, and last time you accessed the game.

    If they can locate the village, and verify ownership, they can attach your missing game to that current Google+ account, and you will be all set.

    If you do all those steps, it can take a few weeks.

    If you only e-mail them saying my village named "twister" is lost, help me, it can take more than a month as they will need to e-mail you several times to get all the info and get your Google+ account created, etc.

    Your in-game reporting generates an e-mail with required info. Supercell will reply with an automated response assigning you a support ticket number. If... after several weeks to a month you don't hear anything further, post your ticket # here and we can ask support to review it. Sometimes it's waiting for communication from the player that was caught in e-mail spam filter for instance.

    It is not a speedy process to fix this, so please be patient.

    Anyone else reading this - please go to your settings tab and connect your village to a Google+ account.

    Im a lost villager too

    I just submitted for help about fifteen minutes ago after sending a email yesterday and haven't received a response ,even automated.

    I got mine sorted I only put in one ticket not 7 if you read forum the mod twister says only put one in or your just make it take longer to fix.
    your best bet would have been to read the forum first and submit one ticket your just make more work and more people get delayed getting back up.
    I got mine done in a week what I thought was a long time but I made sure to read what to do follow all instructions keep a note of it all and ask people on the forum for advise and help.
    I can try to help you with how you word your email but you can not use rude words if you upset the staff they are going to be less lightly to help you If you was in there place and got a rude email what would you do.
    if you don't know your google account you should be able to get it via your google email providing you don't have more than 2 google email accounts contact google I found them to be Very helpful in the past.

    good luck I understand how you feel I was there a while ago it's very frustrating if you have spent money and time on the game.But if it was your fault it's not fair to blame others there less lightly to help you out.

    I made a mistake but i'm glad i did

    I was really annoyed because I had been sending supercell lots of messages and I wasn't getting any response so I decided to make this account and so I had to go to my email (gmail) to follow the link to sign up and ask on the forums how to get a ticket.

    However when I went onto my gmail I found that they had been giving me automated responses and that the email app on my phone for some reason despite saying that it was connected to my gmail wasn't getting any of the messages they had been sending me and only the gmail app on my phone was working. So now im happy that my problem will eventually get solved, which is great.

    Anyway here are my details:

    Clan name: Clan Community
    Position in clan: Leader
    Date and time of last playing session: 23/1/14 at approximately 12:00 a.m. (A.E.S.T.)
    Town hall level: 7
    Village level: 57
    Gem count: Approximately 1730 gems

    Hello I just got a new phone today.I went from an Android to an Android. I
    downloaded the app and it made me start over.I tried using google+ and
    Facebook to get my old game.by mistake it saved the new account on my new
    phone.I tried to get the ID from the old phone but it only offers to sync
    the new profile game.what can I do to fix this?
