Ok, so I'm pretty annoyed right now. I was just (yet again) banned from global for no reason. Some dude was saying some stuff that we don't want to hear (something not appropriate for forums), that sorta thing. And I said "something else not appropriate for forums?". Then I leave the global coz I'm trying to recruit and i wanna stay outta arguments. So I switch global, and I'm banned. My clan is a lvl 60+ clan that only just started and has 6 members. This is a very bad time to get banned and could mean bad things for my clan.

A more formal request for why a player has to be banned would a good solution to this problem. A player would write down the reason and a moderator would check the chat logs from that particular ban and see if the player really deserves a ban.

I read this as, i picked a fight but then, I left so why should there be consequences? Global has its issues and sometimes the many threads with complaints are legitimate but this one rings hollow to me.

The the system could be better but it's not terrible and any fix I can think of would cost far more than the added enjoyment of the game would be worth.

You're misinterpreting my point. If you mute someone yes it solves your problem, but they will continue to abuse others. Banning will maybe teach them a lesson and keep them off for a day or two.

Muting someone solves my problem, yes, but everyone else has the same mute button, solving their problem as well, if they so choose.

Make it people are immediatly banned for using cuss words, and SC will provide a list here of the words that are "cuss" words in the Global.

That's the annoying thing. Since my words got changed it makes me sound bad but someone said they do a certain thing that involves swallowing seamen and i said ick who would want to swallow seamen. I didn't like the way this guy was acting and i was meant to be recruiting, so I left.

I know of another mobile online game that will change the curse word to some random word, like chicken or tiny, etc. The only way around it is when people use accents on those words. It is simple enough for SC to add the same cuss words with all combinations of their accented counterparts and bada-bing bada-boom, cussing is removed from global.

The other problem with global is just the immaturity that comes with a non-age restricted game. Yes, 10 year olds will come and just report people to report people and you can't do anything about that.

I am not going to say that this is the main point, but why recruit from Global where the noobs are? The good players in Global are already loyal to good clans. The people that need a clan are people that just started and need a clan for the sake of needing a consistent person to talk to? Recruiting on the Forums is a better idea because the knowledgeable players are here. You may say that there are also noobs on the forums, but they are here to learn and become those knowledgeable people.
