hi yesterday i was in global talking to random people and then two people started fighting so i said stop fighting then one guy said f*** off Ayden and then i reported him cause i don't like swearing in global cause it teaches the littler kids swear words so i said no thank you and then i got muted for 24 hours for no main reason please help

It's automatic. If seven people report you in a 24 hour period, you get a 24 hour ban. Wait it out. I think you'll survive 24 hours without global.
