Get over leaving my clan?

Wow. After reading this it sounds really dumb but here it goes. I have leader of a clan for over 3 months now but it's going downhill. We're losing members daily and nobody seems to recruit. I have decided to leave my clan but I've made some good friends in there. How can I get over this?

U an elders hit global recruit to push all lvls no matter what, weed out the undesirables till ya full and happy, I left my 1 st clan 3 days ago been solo till yesterday an was asked if I wanna push , I said yeh kill time waiting for th. Upgrade so jioned this clan they feeding noobs up on troops an telling em to push push push dam it push lol, elders warned new comers bout req orders cause. They lvl 5 up troops, so donate if u can't fill order, kicking those not worthy in1 day I've seen this clans req to join go crazy, every1 is th 8 up I'm only th5 in clan lol, good catch tho push push... Good luck OP I know I feel ya pain bout clan buzz but gotta roll with the punches bro gl.edit forgot originals in this reboot clan 100 + down to 80 s masters 1 to purple i think that may of had some help pulling in newbs....

Cheer up mate. I was KICKED from my old clan of 9 months because I am 16 and they added a rule where you had to be 18+ mid-way through season, and no notice. It was tough. I remained clan less for almost a week and had to put the game down for a few days because I didn't want to think about what happened. I have now found a new home and i feel welcomed again. It has only been a month or so since I was kicked and things get better as time goes on. Just look past the bad and look toward the good in the future.

My clan was like that last week. An extremely nice stroke of luck blessed my clan. The global i was in was filled with high level clanless people. All i can say is never give up on your clan and global will be the key to reviving your family

Well that sucks. I too am leader of my clan called HMCK. I have had ups and downs, even lost half my clan about 3 seasons ago, but after all of it i have learned that ultimately its up to the leader to recruit and keep the clan going. Many will come and go so get used to it. I made it a rule to only have 10 elders in my clan and only those i absolutely trust as they also co-lead, so they can do what they want or feel is necessary. Another rule is, If ya boot one, ya recruit one. The main thing that'll keep any clan going is having an active clan chat. So don't give up, keep recruiting and look for chatty people to help you keep chat active. Another thing i don't like is having a full clan, I'm always recruiting and weeding out the inactive players. However when we do boot we let them know they can join back when they become more active and have created a second clan they can go to till then called HMCB (not a feeder). I learned a lot by helping other leaders build their clan and sometimes still do, if you need help i would be happy to help, just send me a msg and I'll swing by. Hope this helps and Happy Clashing!
