    Get over leaving my clan?

Wow. After reading this it sounds really dumb but here it goes. I have leader of a clan for over 3 months now but it's going downhill. We're losing members daily and nobody seems to recruit. I have decided to leave my clan but I've made some good friends in there. How can I get over this?

Hmmm, bring them with you to your new clan perhaps?

Well at least the ones who are interested in leaving and joining a more active clan.

The clan I'm in is slowly but surely taking that route too. It's a shame because the people in there are great.... but I think I need to be somewhere where people are a little more chatty. lol

dude I was an elder in similar situation. About a month ago I left my clan and went to centum. Which was awesome they are an amazing clan and are packed full of awesome peeps. Anyways this week I rejoined my clan as leader as they wanted me back and it's been great. Maybe if you leave for a while and show them what they are missing your clan will feel as bad about you leaving as you do and decide they should make the effort

It seems like I'm in the same position you are. My clan started a permanent clan to see if they could get to top 200 we went from 48/50 people to 21/50 people in a matter of 24 hours. I'm a long time elder here and I don't want to join the feeders, because well, it's a feeder. I don't know anyone there except the leader anyways. Here's what I'm doing-
Im getting the most loyal and active people that I know to start a new clan

I myself have been in this exact situation. What we did was find another clan to be in together. Worked out great. Not only do you guys get to stick together but you meet new people as well. It also gives you time to relax from the previous stresses you faced as a clan leader.

I dont think u should leave, my clan was on the verge of collapse, members leaving, low activity, low donations. Just opened a feeder that failed miserably. But I held on and with my elders we rebuilt it to being great again. I wont tell u I didnt think of abandoning them but I couldnt do it. So if u just keep it together you'll get past it.

I did so and have the main clan more active then ever, and the feeder clan built up nicely filling completely.

    Moral here: Dont give up.
