As a participant of a couple of these, I find the rules around LoC to either be unclear or not enforced. Without naming names, it certainly appears (yes, there is proof) that 1 or 2 of the clans are bringing in Champion level players (ringers) who are not an active member of the clan full-time.

I just want to state that I think the idea of LoC is a good one and until SC comes up with official Clan Wars, this can continue as something fun for bragging rights.

However, because of the unfair play, I will no longer participate in LoC until Clans play fair.

Please PM me, and we can try to solve this issue. I'd hate to see someone drop out because they think that it is unfair. Shoot me a PM and I'll go over everything you have problems with, or don't understand.

You do understand that bringing in ANY player post push does not affect that clans score. So we are clear, all players above the max cups at start and/or players brought in after the competition commences are not tabulated into the final loc score. Making sure you know this.

Now, we could also lock the ENTIRE roster for all clans, however it would need to be a majority rule. And it would also hinder those clans using LoC to push for their personal world rank (disregarding loc).

we chose to make this way because it IS beneficial to those clans to bring in players so they can use this push as their personal clan push at the same time. We take that extra step to remove those additions which is extra work for claire calculating the points but it makes it more flexible and less strict for the clans involved. It doesn't restrict them to using the 5 days just for loc.

Rather it is a case of jealousy (no names mentioned), rather than a case of unfair rules. If we could bring in players, what is so unfair? You can too. Boosted barracks are not breaking the rules, so I am confused why Crucible is called Gemcible. Again a case of jealousy.

I certainly do understand the rules. I am not referring to folks joining after the start or folks above the beginning score or those who just want to push. My comments are directed towards the clans who have players join a few days before the start of LoC who are not a member of the core clan.

I don't want to make it harder for anyone, I merely stated that from my perspective, the competition isn't fair when ringers are brought in.

No names mentioned, but DT* calls us Gemcible because Wrath boosted barracks. I don't think you can buy trophies, anyone wanna confirm on that?
