When you say lowest, is that level, trophies what exactly? Since that might affect some of the newer formers negatively.

Well I might have people make other clans so they all have a chance to join a clan

Instead of kicking the lowest you should kick the Scrooges. Thoose people with no or the fewest christmas trees

Uhhh ok. You didn't answer any of my questions, and how do you expect people to follow you if everything is so vague.
So let me try this one more time.

1. Does this clan have an objective? Like a goal to push or donate? Or no goals, but just a hangout spot for 2 days??

2. What do you mean by "lowest will be kicked", lowest in what? Trophies? Levels? Age? Height?
- If you're not even going to push as a clan, why does trophy matter?

3. If there is no competition, what is the purpose of making a second clan? Is it like a feeder?

4. Who becomes the leader/elder?

It's a good idea but you need a hook, something like we all can only attack with one troop, picked at random every hour. I bet there would be some funny replays from that.

Anyway just spitballing but a lot of clans may be quiet on christmas which in my opinion makes it the best time to do it. Those who are active would have a place to go and chat.

Most important, you are going to have to have an organised plan in place. I think all of us on the forum know that you really want to lead a clan. Seeing how its christmas if you can do a good job organising and make it interesting I'm sure a few of us will stop in.

Well seeing as the original poster had the idea, I imagine he may be the Leader right? Or do you wish to object to that idea as well?

Lowest will be kicked?? You know the forum has over 50 members. I suspect the OP may wish to kick someone in order to make room for someone else.
