Though his efforts are very minimal at best, combining all the players who are doing this has a compounding affect on the games economy. Basically the loot you are looking for is being spent on accounts that would otherwise be profitable raids.

I know this is an underlying affect to the rule, and that there are more important reasons for this section in the TOS.
I will stop taking care of all the accounts from now on. Never know that it is against the TOS.

Sorry bud, not really seeing the point of this thread. You ask how it's not fair that you don't have a Christmas tree on ONE account, yet you have several on your other accounts. They need to spread 'em around, you know. Who knows, one of your other accounts could've taken mine :P

Oh ok, thanks for the info. But are you sure you can't have two?

I believe it is one per device. I'm not in a position to tell you that for sure, though I've seen that around a few times somewhere.

Except that he just announced that he controls ALL 26 accounts, 11 of which he did not start.

imo players like this need to have their game centers banned so they can't play anymore, and their villages deleted. Rather than letting inactives remain inactive he emptied their collectors every 8 hours so the villages get ignored. Players like this dude are ruining the economy. Lifetime ban I say!

I have 4 devices, but i only started 2 accounts. The other accounts belong to my friends. They played for at least 9 months before quitting, so i feel that they might play again and help them take care of their accounts after they quit. At this point, 11 accounts are still active and I help them collect them when they are sleeping.

But as i said on earlier post, i wasnt aware that it is against the TOS. Now that i am aware of it, i will stop taking care of all the inactive accounts.

    Thank you.

No, having more than one game account is against the terms of service. However, they tend to not enforce that.

What they do enforce though is transferring accounts from one individual to another which is also against the ToS.

That's a big no no, and not something you really should advertise on the forum.

So your friends quit playing, and rather than leave their bases alone you collect their resources? This means they've given you access to their Game Center account and you play their accounts. That's against the ToS. As is your other 11 accounts. Regardless of your idea they may eventually come back (which is remedial as their base would be there with or without you....) transferring accounts like that is against ToS and hurts the overall game economy. If it were up to me all 26 accounts would be banned.

oh so it is not allowed, but not strongly enforced? I get it now. It just seems like it is legal though.

I don't understand. I illustrated two different concepts, both of which are not technically allowed, but one of which is generally tolerated and the other which is not.

It's legal in the sense that you aren't going to go jail for it or be hauled into court or something. However if SC catches you transferring your account to another person by handing them your password, it's very likely they will ban it.
