Language: current players are chatting in English, so to ask for help and understand the chat the player needs to speak some English. However, international players are most welcome.
Other Info: can talk but do not have to. Chat is usually related to the game. Some players are more talkative than others. The NH is not Derby 320. Please remember that expansion and upgrade materials are difficult to get, so players help where they can, but please do not expect your neighbors to have a ton of them lying around that they can sell because they need them too.
