Based on ur previous post u were a th7 going th8... So perhaps a th8 going to th9 now.... Maybe skipped a few defences or troops... Can't recall without ur exact tag.... Regardless we screen all applicants and are fair with all. Our decisions. Good luck in your Clash journey =)

I was a max th11. If you're looking for something specific, you should list that in your opening post and not just reject people at the gate, when they match all your requirements in your post. That's just rude.
I believe u were in the process of upgrading ur th if I'm not mistaken then... We could use a th11 forsure.... But would. B a long time before u could war with us as a new 12. Since we don't war with 0.5s or engineered bases (as specified in the post) u would need to spend a decent amount of time upgrading defences. And having u sit out and take up space. Would B rude to other potential members who could actually contribute to the war roster.
Check back again when all Ur new buildings are placed and we can discuss attacks and base design =)

We are fair with all. Our decisions.... We usually don't accept hoppers rushers or people who probably won't want to war and just sit on the side and farm.
