We all know that "Sneaky-Dave" is the highest lvl player (222) that means he has highest upgraded defense in CoC.
"aj" in Clan "Brazil Team" is lvl (146) and has everything upgraded to max! everything even walls, troops, spells, barracks, Gold and Elixir and Dark Elixir are always full. Something is wrong here.

Sneaky has gotten most of his levels by donating ( i think ) maybe that other guy has gemmed only and had never gotten any achievement while Sneaky has a lot of the achievements completed

Of course his gold, elixer and dark elixer is full, he has nothing to spend it on!

Sneaky-Dave has a ton of donations which makes him such a high level.

you can only get to about lvl 110ish off of just upgrades... everything else is pure donations
