Fix Barbarian King’s Wandering Animation and a reinsert the waterfall sprite

The Barbarian King’s Iron fist has been seen on his left and right hand when wandering in his AOE.
His upgrade page has the Golden Gauntlet on his right hand, so fix this animation so its only on his right hand.
Look closely if you don’t believe me, his Iron Fist switches when turning.

Also the old waterfall sprite background was removed, it used to govern the top right area of the Home Village. That would be nice if that was back unless you are planning to put another base along that path.
