Are there any co-leaders in your clan? Leadership consists of leaders and co-leaders. Any of the co-leaders will have handed them out (and no, it's not the case that every co-leader AND the leader can hand out bonuses)Originally Posted by kirakwasi

in rare cases it could take several hours until you get the medals. yesterday it took 5-10 minutes until we got the medals.
I think the OP meant being unable to start regular clan wars.
now that sounds very logical... then it might be one of those cases where they'll have to wait until the bonuses arrive, as said, hand them out and start a new (regular) war...
