    This discussion reminds me of all of the old engineering discussions in that SC has built a structure and there are two sides of the player base talking... Those who adapt and make the structure work, and those who are upset about the structure and want it to change.

    I'm old. I've been around for a while and seen a lot about how the world works. Since this is not some situation where people are being oppressed or harmed, the best bet is to adapt and work within the meta until a change occurs. Then adapt again.

    It's not worth falling on your sword to make a point while you watch others succeed.

    Problem reduced slightly, not solved.

    Doing it that way does allow everybody to participate, but with a lot of downside. The 2nd/3rd clans would be new, so would have no perks. Splitting into 3 clans of 15, rather than one of 45 will mean you lose a lot of the interaction within the clan. And of course, they may not all want to come back together afterwards - each other clan would have to keep at least one player, if you wanted the other clan(s) to eventually have clan perks.

    You seem fixated on this very poor workaround as being a "solution". It isn't. The poster who described it as a 'band-aid" was being kind.

    And calling people crybabies because they don't like the idea of doing something no reasonable player wants to do is not acceptable.

    Another way would be to say that you have to allocate player to each if the 2 or 3 CWLs in order of strength (usjng the same criteria as were used fir initial placement).

    So on the allocation screen, the players are listed in order of strength, and you can't allocate a player stronger than the weakest in group A to group B. If you don't have enough 5o do all groups, then you play in the strongest one.
