Can’t use global chat

I want to ask something about global chat. I’m a player from Hong Kong, my language is set to English, but I somehow can’t use global chat( I can still send messages but no messages from other players pop out). Please help

That means you are just on inactive global server. Just restart your game and you are good to go.

the chinese globalchat is off since a long time. i guess you cant use globalchat at any other language if you are in chinese region.
