Nick I’ve had a receipt for it now so SuperCell have taken my money but if not had any items? How do I get this reimbursed please?

Just an FYI, I am currently fighting with Un-Support within the game. I'm Android, not Apple.
Purchased the Instant Barn Upgrade, got the receipt from Google Play, but no upgrade. I waited 24 hours, per the instructions on SC's help info, and then submitted a ticket along with a screenshot of the Google receipt. Another 24 hours passed and I was then dismissed. "Contact Google" was their instruction. (That applies to Apple, but not Android/Google.)
SC's own help information clearly says to contact SC support with a copy of the receipt, which I did. I am now waiting for their response. I've included with MY response a copy of their own policy since that's apparently something not everyone in "support" is apparently aware of!
