Has anyone figured out how to get past Automated responses to actually get someone to help them with an in-game issue?

I emailed support and they told me to use help and support. I explained that I could not find a prompt to address my issue (after trying just about every option in selecting responses), and they said "try using help and support.".... I then said, can someone help me navigate help and support to get to the issue i need, and they said "try using help and support and stay patience".

Any tips?
