I watched Galadon Youtube vid again, at the begin of vid. (0:25), you can clearly see work shop has 3 red balloons and has minor changes to it..looks like lvl3 to me..

Not a bad update to be getting a new dark troop and spell, plus seige machine.
Darian did say seige machine and ground attacks would be getting some love with this update

I believe that happens most of the time (i.e. the video is approved even if it gives hints to things not released yet) and I think sometimes things slip through the cracks unintentionally and leak out earlier than planned because no one noticed it in the video before it was released.
