The Red Town Hall IS indeed in there. I took a screen shot of it myself... you have to pause it at JUST the right moment.
I can't find the Dark Barracks, but I have heard from a developer build that the picture is accurate. But hey, that's what this week is for... lots of fun guessing what could be coming then next week we'll see it live in person!
Whatever the event is for the red town hall, it is a nice little Easter Egg find.
You are right. now i see the Red Town Hall... butthe barracks is still not to be found
