(Yes I know the person who made this likely cannot read English, which is why they said this in another language.)

Thanks for the xlation. The "square meters" kv translation is actually clan wars. Klanovye voiny is klan vars. "Plus sign" is a direct translation. A human interpreter might have said benefit or incentive.
