    My account is locked

    My account need key's numbers for submit the base village. But I don't know the key's numbers. I cannot log in to my base village. Please repair my account, chief!!!!

    "Key numbers" are sent via email. Did you look at your email inbox for a message from Supercell Support? It should have been sent to either the email box associated with your Supercell ID, or the email address you contacted them from. Be aware though, you may not have received it yet. They could be still determining true owner, so it may take a few days.

    Smeone else is trying to prove that they are the original owner of the account. You will receive an email containing those "key number" (if it's your e-mail that's linked to the account).

    Check your email and spam folder ,too.

    Or contact SC again if you had proved yourself original owner and you still didnt get the code.

    OP, you need to be a bit more informative about this. Do you mean you are trying to logon with SCID and that's not working, or has your village been restored/locked by SC Customer Support and are you waiting for an unlock code? These are two very different things.

    Or u don't have access to email address to which your account is connected with supercell id to receive codes.

    There are two ways to fix this ,

    recover you gmail account contacting google or recover your village by connecting it to new email address by contacting supercell.
