Lava hounds didnt turn into pups in war! 😤

Attacked usng lavaloon and had 2 of my own hounds and one higher lvl hound in cc. All died without popping and releasing any lava pups!
Can an air trap that kills the hound prevent pups now ?!?

I have had this happen to me on occasion and it sucks. It either happens when an air bomb kills a hound also killing all the pups that spawn or a wizard tower shoots at the hound as it dies also killing the pups as they spawn.

If you're saying this happened to 3 of your hounds in one attack could you please post a replay as that would be the unlukiest thing I've ever seen in this game.

No need to post a video. This will happen if an air bomb (which does splash damage) goes off at the same moment as the lavahound pops. It's not a common occurence, but it does happen fairly often enough that there are a bunch of videos and posts on it. Just Google "lava hound pups air bomb".
