Match-making new TH10 —> advice!

My son has 2 more levels on his BK and then has everything done at TH9....he’s going to upgrade while lvl 30 BK upgrade is running.
He’s asking me what the best strategy for upgrading at TH10 is to avoid being counted as “engineered” (to avoid us getting matched with engineered bases).
—> Is it currently better to put all defences/new buildings down, upgrade them to TH9 level (leaving infernos at lvl 1). Max out Offence then start all the TH10 upgrades (infernos last)?

Ok.
I will list the entire upgrade list for th10.

1. Lab
2. Spell fac
3. CC
4. Army Camps
5. Barracks (both)
6. Do some walls.
7. once the first 4 are done, get all the extra defenses except for infernoes
8. upgrade all your extra defences to th9 level.
9. do some more walls
10. get 1 inferno only. leave it at level 1
11. Upgrade cannons to th10
12. then archer towers
13. then ads and sweeper.
14. upgrade wiz towers
15. get the other inferno
16. Upgrade mortars.
17. do some more walls.
18. Max XBows.
19. walls again
20. Level 2 infernoes
21. walls again
22. Level 3 infernoes.

MAKE SURE TO DO 90% WALLS BEFORE LEVEL 3 INFERNOES.

PS: upgrade your heroes and troops in between. i suggest get level 37 heroes before level 3 infernos.
