I remember seeing richard post this in the super vault thread, is it still viable or could it be tweaked to make more viable. Also cake i really like your design and would be keen to test or help in the thread if you and OJM were cool with it.

Its a nice base, but I dislike the un-centralized CC.....btw you cant test what ever you want

Nah, he lightning'd my gold storages and his queen sniped a storage that would not have happened if I had both my xbows / my one xbow was set to ground.

I've been trying to find a suitable base to fend off hogs and I've come to the conclusion that they are unstoppable.
A fully upgraded hogs attack with 4 max heal spells 100% me everytime. Even when they fail to 100% me, I've lost all storage.

The ONLY viable solution I can come up with that can potentially stop hogs is a good double giant bomb (lvl3) placement that goes off at the same time. At level 3, bombs do 250 damage each, and 2 of them do 500 damage. Hogs have less than 500 health. The idea is to 1 shot them neglecting heal spells.

Can somehow post a screenshot that have successful defend against an all out hogs attack with full spells? The one that knows how to lure heroes and cc out.

I'd go with the anti-bloon version. Maybe move the black air bombs to the outer rim to thin out the initial impact? I think your trophy range should determine, which type you protect yourself from. My guess: crystal=bloons, giants=gold.


I don't know how much you can do with a TH8 against a strong TH9 attack. We can, of course, start a new thread for Th8's, if the old Th8 vault is already outdated. Or make a new custom base just for you

I'd like to re-adress my base, as it's still my ol' reliable. There will be a guide(likely the weekend) from me at some point on one of my favorite and probably strongest points, a well-controlled range and a beautiful execution that makes me want to make sweets for my base.

OJM you and I are usually within range of each other to be matched, so keep an eye out, maybe we'll finally get our Mano a Mano.

For greater elixir protection, I moved the E storage to where the upgrading AD goes. One can also switch the E storages with the DE Drills(my execution can be seen IG: Roberto in CastleCrushers)
