    First real attack.



    Giants followed the hog ring. Healer was decimated by internal AD.

    Cake this base really seems to work great for me with giant healer strategies, and possibly balloonians (going up in trophies so I should find out). But all of the hog attacks on me, if they had decent leveled hog riders and were smart, they would've gotten straight to my core.

    Still using this base cause its really good though so props!

    Nice variation Decoursey, I think moving the corners out will prevent hogs from breaching the core. I think a lot of ppl are skipping over my base, I've been keeping the shield down and still don't get attacked much except for th snipes.

    I think wizard towers in the center would work better... It seems an attacker can wipe out your splash with a few giants and wbs.

    First of all, would like to say great thread! Love seeing the forum community coming together for a group project. Second, my hat is of for the base you made. Looks absoultely briliant! I really can't find a way into it, whatever the army. Now I have a question. Since this project was (in my humble opinion) very succesful and the thread starter is a th10, is there any chance that a thread like this is going to get made for th10? If so, I would love to be a part of it, I have tried a lot of different bases as a th9, but I'm having a bit of a struggle doing something for th10. So I have some experience, but as I read this thread I learnt a lot of new things, and would like to keep learning from you guys. If you will do the thread or not, keep doing the good work on these forums, I really believe you are helping a lot of people! And hope everybody will spend their holidays having fun! Looking forward to a response

    Yep, splash protection is absent. I'd love to BARCH this base for 2-3 storages. Every Wiz/Mortar pocket can be cleaned by 2WBs and a couple of infantry with minimal losses.

    Designer of this base tried both alternatives (switching the AD with the Wiz) and said this version works better.

    My remark was about DeCourseyyy variation. Wiz tower positioning is vital against BARCH, and it is awful.

    I'm 3-1 with the base design so far. I like the WT in the center best. I like the double giant bombs DeCoursey has introduced. I may alter the base to fit those as well. This may be the best design of the thread yet. Will post more replays as attacks occur.

    As has been stated, the air defenses are interchangeable with the wizard towers. I haven't had any issues with my current base just yet.

    Also, it takes 4 WBs to get to a wizard tower because of how my walls are staggered.

    Edit: Yoyre right. You can take them with two.

    I think no base can be impenetrable to all attacks. Wizard towers outside May work great for hogs and baloons, but bad for barch and vise versa. It's a gamble you have to take.
