This of course sounds like a really bad idea, but please don’t hate it without reading.
Main reason for this idea
It will ban higher level TH’s of attacking lower TH’s and the loot penalty can disappear completely. For example, for a TH10 it can be profitable to attack a TH8, this would ban this completely and result in a world where equally TH’s attack each other.
About the no-attacking restriction
The problem that low level TH’s will climb in trophies to lightning (for example) higher TH’s for DE, will appear. The higher TH will of course be able to revenge the lower TH.
At the same time, high level TH’s will not drop trophy’s because of this restriction. But how can we ban the higher level raids. This can easily be solved with a recommended range of trophies. Giving every TH-level a maximum of trophies onto where it can change without problems, will be good for the equally TH attacks. But what will happen moving outside this maximum? I think it will be a great idea to make it possible for higher TH’s to attack the lower TH. This will result in a player that will drop automatically because of getting 3-starred all the time. Of course, there has to be no loot penalty to make it attractive to attack the lower TH. But, I’m not sure if this is technically possible.
I’m not going to give the maximum of trophies, I think Supercell can make the best decisions, depending on where the most TH’s are.
