🌟Level 26 Player Looking for a NH that’s big on Derbys🌟

For a while now I havn’t found a single neighborhood on the app who is active and talkative and takes derbys seriously so I’ve taken this problem to the forums. Only problem is all the neighborhoods recruiting require a ridiculously high level to join and I highly doubt a level 70 required NH will even think about negotiating a lvl 26 into their NH. Here’s what I’m looking for:
❗️Neighborhood that is generally active, talkative (doesn’t have to be full of chats but not empty at all times either. This honestly depends on number of members too) and is willing to give to others and help out but also don’t ask for rare products constantly such as planks without asking someone if they’re willing to give. I will help out when possible and play every day so expect me to be pretty active.
❗️Neighborhoods who take derbys seriously, having things like requirments and expect everyone to do their part when opted in the derby. They give great rewards so I’m willing to do my part if everyone else will.

I live in the U.S. and started around late september, although I have played in the past just that my old account was not able to be recovered.
I look forward to neighborhoods willing to accept me. My player tag is #P8PG9CUVO. The letter o at the end may be a zero, I’m honestly not sure so try that if the tag at first doesn’t work.
