Now that the top-tier division is full, a waiting list will be established.
People moving up from the TH8 division will get top priority, with new applicants behind them.
What this means, is I'm now going to look at performance when I need to, to make space. I won't do it unless I need to make space, but if the roster is full, and we've got people on the waiting list, I will look at performance, and make any cuts that I feel need to be made.
I'm not gonna cut people who are losing if they're trying, but if I look at your numbers and it looks to me like you're not really playing the game very much, I'll give your spot to somebody else who may play the game more.
Since results are due today, and I'm very close to the character limit on the first post, after I post the results of the first four matches, I will post a new set of four matches featuring the people who did not have matches then.
The list should be updated with all clan changes, th upgrade notices, and new additions.
