If you refer to the litte green squares above the profile picture... That depends on how many people agree with the posts you make.
If you refer to the Game Specialist, moderator or Staff tags on some profiles, well that depends on .. what the Staff decides.
In short, don't worry about it and enjoy the forum.

What do you mean by promoted? There are no ranks in forums, except moderators and Supercell staff
Keep spamming posts. It's all on quantity, not quality... So you're on the right track.

Here is the list of ‘titles’ gained by accummulation of posts, as well as custom titles.
The other titles, including rep, aren’t as ‘easy’ to get...

Technically if you’re here for a few years, contribute about 5 paragraphs using fancy words to popular threads and hit 3,000 or so posts with no infractions, I’d say you’re a lock for Game Specialist. Repeat this process and report every bad thread you see and eventually you could become a mod.

There is no promotions Like Co or elder in CoC. The Title "junior member" is Forum titles That are given based on your Post Counts. So If you have 5000 posts you have a Title of forum champion.
