I agree you should be able to opt out if it. Not even the whole NH, just individually. For many it’s an intrusion we asked NOT to have, be it names OR numbers, though numbers is obviously a bit less intrusive

Its of no use at all. The time it took to develop and implement this feature could have been used elsewhere. We have asked for improved fishing,improved town,reasonable priced deco, the list goes on forever. I have NEVER seen a (positive) post where someone was demanding to see how many in their nh were online at any given time. It’s useless.

Reason I had asked if the 1/30 wasn’t counting as me is because I’ve been chatting with someone and it still says 1/30 so I thought it wasn’t counting me. This has happened SEVERAL times so now I’m wondering if this is a glitch? After reading here that everyone thought it was counting me as the “one” I’ve been watching it more closely and it keeps happening. Maybe I should report as a bug? Has this happened to anyone else?

I noticed this a couple of days ago. The indicator was saying 1/11 online while I was playing, then suddenly one of my NH friends flagged for help (with the notification showing in chat) but it didn't change to any more than 1/11. At the same time a different hoodie posted something in chat & it still didn't change!!🤔

Honestly didn't notice it until yesterday 😅 but I quite like it. Not sure it has much of a benefit but I like the little touch

On main farm, i just don't bother asking if someone that asked for help is online or not if i see 1/30. My friend and i have a little hood where we keep our multiple baby farms. If we see 2/7, then we know we can chat in-game without switching back and forth game/Kik for example.
The feature is of limited help. More of a nice touch, as someone stated IMO.
Can live with it, could live without it.
