Can’t Pick up Town Visitors with Personal Train

Anyone else have this problem since the update today? When I am at my town the only neighboring town I can pick up visitors from on my personal train is Greg’s. None of the other neighbors farms show up. Hope this gets fixed quick or I won’t be able to take town tasks in derby.

Personal train only seeing Greg's, plus if you ask for help in the town, and it gets filled in by your hoddies, if you go to the town hall, you will see that the one you just got helped out, appears as still needing to be filled in, plus there is no timer or clock ticking down on the townie just filled in. So we have a town visitor just doing nothing.

Nick said you have to drag the item to the visitor. It worked in my town.


Also, same problem here, I can only pick up from Greg's town.

Hoping this will be transferred to the Bugs section: the “bell” isn’t showing over my cinema though it has visitors in need of service. This is in addition to the aforementioned visitor pick up problem.

EDIT Visitor pick up: Per my original message, I couldn’t see my baby farms until I visited their towns from their accounts. Neighbours may have to go into their towns on their updated farms for others to see them. Hope this helps.

I still don’t know why the service bell on the cinema isn’t working. It’s working on every other building.

Just to add to this I am also only seeing Greg to pick up townies from PLUS I see the one neighbour that has been online since the update. I wonder if there is something in the update that is stopping you from picking up from unupdated farms.

I did drag the item to the visitor, as per always dragging item to visitor in the town. Even after clicking on the hoddie's icon (same as tree helping or boat). The exclamation icon still appears in the "Friends", "Neighbourhood" section bottom right.

Just done a reset and I had to redrag the item and now it is working

everything going fine on my personnal train ...

My neighbor had to go to my farm and from there my town to pick mine up. I picked up hers just fine.

my game did crash when I visited my pond.

Town help...my discovery.
1. You request the bldg /person you need help with in your town by using ! Mark.
2. Stranger or Neighbor fills your town request with items you need for the person you requested help with.
3. YOU the owner of the town needing help MUST put the donated items from your Neighbor or Stranger into the person you requested help for.
4. Only problem I see it doesn't clear off your help board once you filled your Neighbor or the Strangers town person UNTIL they add your donated items to that person they needed help with.
5. I have NOT received any type of credit for helping fill other peoples town in the form of XP points or Coins, and maybe that's not part of this..not sure but it makes me wonder if we will get help credit on help tasks.
